Refund Policy

Eligibility

Refunds may be issued if an order was not delivered within the stated timeframe, the product was significantly different from the listing, or a service was not completed as described.

Process

To request a refund, open a ticket on our Discord server with your Order ID and a description of the issue. Our team will review within 24 hours.

Non-Refundable

Completed boosting services, delivered digital goods, and orders where the buyer provided incorrect information are generally not eligible for refunds.
